* Engage with stakeholders including community and voluntary groups,
statutory agencies, staff, management, and Board to reflect on the
achievements and challenges of the last 5 years to inform the

website** strategic plan in line with the outcomes of the consultation
and in line with the broad policy and funding context within which
Sligo Social Services works.
METHODOLOGY
A mixed method methodology is proposed for the work including direct
consultation, desk research and analysis. It expected that
consultations with stakeholders will be a mixture of face to face,
virtual and by phone. Where possible it is proposed that with staff
and Board facilitated workshops will be utilised to undertake the
work.
The Board will appoint a working group consisting of Board members and
management reps to oversee the development of the strategic plan. The
consultant would be expected to meet with this group at the following
stages
* Commencement of the work
* Conclusion of the consultation Process
* Initial draft of the strategic plan
* Completion of the final approved draft of the strategic plan
